Every single person I dealt with both in person and on the phone was friendly and professional. No less than 5 or 6 different people and every one of them was great. As a franchisee you must be treating them well to have such a collection of good people. They made a lousy situation much more tolerable and I really appreciate. Mike, I needed to write a note of thanks…too often, you probably hear about the things that did NOT go well. 

On Aug 15, you came to my home, and assessed the water damage to my basement.  I had a business meeting in Syracuse later that day, yet needed to have someone assess the damage and determine how to ward off additional damage from occurring.  Thanks to your efforts, two wonderful SERVPRO professionals came out to my home within an hour, set up blowers/dehumidifier – allowing me to jump in the car and head out of town (while knowing that the water damage was being taken care of.)

Zeke and Dan are truly awesome representatives of SERVPRO.  Both were professional, compassionate and efficient.  Today’s labor market is tight, and it’s hard to find good help.  These gentlemen are top notch.  Please be sure to recognize them for their outstanding customer service!
